four 1 hour sessions
Book your four sessions... I encourage this as the minimum level of coaching to achieve progress on the difficult challenges you maybe facing at this time in your life. We will have four one hour sessions either in person, telephone or via face time, Skype, zoom sessions, either once a week or once a fortnight depending on how quickly you want to change.
top up single session
If you require any top up sessions after we have completed our five session coaching.Then please get in touch so we can get to work on any new issues that maybe causing distress.
ABOUT JULIE LAMBERT COACHING
Prior to setting up Julie Lambert Coaching. Julie spent more than 20 years as a Beauty and Holistic Therapist within the Beauty Industry, 17 years as the Salon Owner of Enhance Beauty Salon. 5 Years’ ago She left the beauty Industry to work full time in her coaching practice.
Julie has over 15 years’ experience as a CBT counsellor and NLP practitioner has five years experience as a Life Coach and Hypnotherapist.
During this time she worked as a Stress Management Therapist at the Maggie’s Centre in Glasgow for people with cancer working with groups and clients on a 1 to 1 basis, this was a job that she was truly passionate about. While studying she worked at the Crisis Centre in Erskine on a voluntary basis for over 4 years. She is a compassionate, empathic person, enjoys helping her clients.
